Lionsdale Council Postponed

Lionsdale Council is being postponed until Thursday January 26th due to the weather. It will be at Rose’s apartment 202 – 46199 Margret St. Chilliwack Thursday January 26th at 7 pm.

Also, a reminder to officers that your quarterly reports are due this month.

January Council

January Council will be at Rose’s apartment 202 – 46199 Margret St. Chilliwack Thursday January 19th at 7 pm.

We have a number of important items of business this month including:

Looking at Bard & a Banquet – we are looking into changing B&B to an alternating year system, removing it completly, having it alternate with Odin’s Playground, and many other options will be brought up.
Potential practices and gatherings – does lionsdale want to setup a combat practice or regular gathering throughout the year
Officer openings – Three greater officers are looking for replacements right now: Seneschal, Chatelaine, and A&S Minister
Shire Locker – we are outgrowing our current locker, we need to look into alternatives

If you can’t make council you can always voice your thoughts on these either on the forum, e-mail list, or in an e-mail to the seneschal (seneschal[at]lionsdale[dot]net).

Council this week is at Sofia’s house 6860Sumas Prairie Road Chilliwack, Thursday August 18th at 7PM. There will be a BBQ available, please bring your own meat (or veggie if that’s your thing).
