Auditions for this years Bard and a Banquet play: Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead start soon.

Location: Everything will be at Gwynne Vaughan Park in Chilliwack (Corner of Hope River Road and Williams Road north)

There will be two audition times:
Wednesday June 29th from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Sunday July 3 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm

Please come early.

Council this month will be at Mairin’s house:  on Thursday June 17 at 7:00

Parking is limited but you can park at lordco parking lot and walk around the corner (very small walk)

This council will have several important items on the agenda:

• Final report from the Baronial Inquiry Committee
• First reading of the Lionsdale Bylaws
• Selection of the next seneschal

Alright , here we go.
The schedule and more.

I will be at the school at appr.7:30 am
Gate will open for merchants, decoration and all my helpers at 8 am (PLEASE come and help)

Gate for the populace opens at 9 am
List opens at 9:30 am
Rapier tourney starts at 10:30 am
The A&S competition and show will be on the stage,Very safe.
Bardic competition performance will be during dinnertime

Dinner will star at 5 pm. All potluck contribution will please go to Lady Aine Selmas Dottir.She is my
kitchengoddes this year.

All winners of the competitions will be announced during dinner.
There is also a day kitchen this year. Lady Mairin Anganty’s wife has graciously agreed to feed us during the day.
It will be good and not too costly.

Potluck contributions are if u please:
letters A to F
bred , butter, cheese and condiments

letters N to T:
Vegetables and salads and fruit

letters U to Z
desserts

letters G to M:
fish ,fowl and or red meat

Archery (plese no rain) and heavy armoured fighting will be announced by our MoS
His Excellency Sir Savaric.
We had thought of a prize for every fighter, so that meansevery fighter(heavy armoured that is)
will bring a price and therefore will walk away with a price.Winner will have first pick and so on.

Site fee is $ 10.00 for adults,
children and our champions are free.So are any Royalty that should honor us with their presents.
I hope that covers it.If not , keep on asking.)
I WILL hold together until AFTER Winter tourney.I promise.

Album: yes we have one.  Please enjoy, and remember to have the permission of those of whom you post pictures.  Lets make this one even better than the last one.  Also I will be doing periodic backups of our album.
